Julie McCauley is Senior Vice President, HR and Corporate G&A with Integrated Healthcare Strategies, a division of Gallagher Benefit Services, Inc. She currently leads the human resource, training, and facilities functions.
Ms. McCauley’s career includes more than 25 years of operations, human resources, and marketing management experience. Prior to joining Gallagher Integrated, Ms. McCauley was the area operations manager for a national company where she directed operations, human resources, finance, inventory management, sales support operations, and facility management for their regional offices.
During Ms. McCauley’s 20 years at Gallagher Integrated, she has served in various roles, including leadership of administrative operations, sales operations, human resources, marketing communications, information technology, corporate services, facilities management and the integration of acquired companies.
Ms. McCauley earned her Senior Professional in Human Resources designation through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). She is ATD Training certified and is a certified Franklin Covey Seven Habits trainer. In addition, she is an active member of SHRM, WorldAtWork, American Management Association and the Twin Cities Human Resource Association.
